Shipping Options

Express delivery is suitable for samples, prototypes and small orders that require faster transportation.

Common express services may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or other available carriers. Transit times depend on the destination, customs clearance and selected service.

If you already work with a freight forwarder, LinkMuse can deliver the finished goods to your designated warehouse or coordinate shipment according to the forwarder’s instructions.

What packaging do you use for garments?

Standard packing normally includes neatly folded garments, individual polybags, size or color stickers and reinforced export cartons.

Do you provide custom packaging?

Yes. We can support custom polybags, garment boxes, hangtags, barcode labels, tissue paper, thank-you cards and other branded packaging.

How many garments are packed in each carton?

The quantity depends on the garment style, size, fabric weight and packaging method. Final carton details are confirmed before shipment.

Can you ship directly to our warehouse?

Yes. We can arrange delivery to your warehouse, designated freight forwarder, port or other approved business address.

Which shipping methods are available?

Available options include express delivery, air freight, sea freight and shipment through the buyer’s appointed forwarder.

Which shipping method should I choose?

Express is suitable for samples and small urgent orders, air freight for time-sensitive orders, and sea freight for large-volume shipments.

Can you provide shipping documents?

Yes. Depending on the order and shipping method, we can prepare standard commercial invoices, packing lists and other required export documents.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are provided when available for express and applicable door-to-door shipments. Freight updates can also be shared during transportation.
